Every TSP meeting is self-regulated and self guided. It is up to everyone to ensure all rules and standards met.
The most effective sharing comes in 2 parts:

How to Start Paying it Forward
If you’re going to pay what you’re learning forward, you have to have people to pay it forward to. Do not make this complicated.
Who you choose is important.
Everyone is not a good fit for TSP. We don’t look for people. We look for moments. We invite people to join us when:
And the thing is, they will always tell you.
When people tell you about a book they’re reading, or something they want to improve, or when they get emotional about a difference they made with someone, or they talk about a goal they have, they are in one of those moments.
These people are all around you.
You don’t have to go on some huge search to find your people. You already know people who are working on themselves or want to be as successful as they can. And you know the difference maker are in your life.
And the conversation is very simple
When someone shows you they’re in one of those moments, start one simple conversation that has just 2 parts: A simple question, and a caring invitation
Then just talk with them.
See what they’re working on. Explain what TSP is and why you’re doing it and why you think they’d be a good fit. And see if the interest is mutual. And then just make sure to mention the low barrier to joining. We do not want them thinking you are trying to sell them on some coaching program or seminar.
Then invite them to an introductory meeting and share the link. Be at the meetings with them and help them get started when it’s finished.
That’s it. And you’ll have people to pay it forward to and get the maximum learning experience for yourself.
